I chose this image for mine: <a href="http://www.roomservicehome.com/prodinfo.asp?number=hn7904">Striped Napkins</a>. I loved the fun and bright colors. I made the striped background my self with SU markers in Real Red, Brocade Blue, So Saffron and Certainly Celery.<br /><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgB0Uj5WNdehcVKQmqvXEpeoTTLTl38FPm9HSiGyosnpHFdpLe1ttbJMDJN4ONs_lo58xBaSYCailQCH7Xae-J5iKTB-Odu5Pt8pEW4nNK6OlnFvKFv-hVRZ2aj0hh01B55K6Pkkw8OBh4/s1600-h/Striped+Napkin+Wishes.jpg"><br /><p><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5307984897554385250" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 307px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 400px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgB0Uj5WNdehcVKQmqvXEpeoTTLTl38FPm9HSiGyosnpHFdpLe1ttbJMDJN4ONs_lo58xBaSYCailQCH7Xae-J5iKTB-Odu5Pt8pEW4nNK6OlnFvKFv-hVRZ2aj0hh01B55K6Pkkw8OBh4/s400/Striped+Napkin+Wishes.jpg" border="0" /></a></p>The images from Garden Whimsy were stamped by coloring in the imagaes and stamping onto WW cardstock. The butterfly is the MS punch and I sponged it in Certainly Celery and Brocade Blue and adhered with a pop dot. I used rasberry stickels for the body, The little lady bugs and main image are up on dimensionals. I added some Real Red striped ribbon and Certainly Celery ribbon for the embellishment in the top right corner.<br /><p>Thanks for stopping by and have a great weekend!</p><br /><p>Patty<br /></p>Patty (SCS-pepperrn)http://www.blogger.com/profile/06684567633695584027noreply@blogger.com7tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9049733463689042794.post-21857670656665694182009-02-26T16:45:00.004-06:002009-02-27T14:14:19.866-06:00Way to Use It 207 Frugal Finds and MoJo 75<span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"><strong>Good afternoon all!</strong></span><br /><span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"><strong></strong></span><br /><span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"><strong>Here is my card for today's Way to Use It Challenge to use something on your card that you was a good find. I chose this item for mine: <a href="http://www.lang.com/CGI-BIN/lansaweb?webapp=WIMGVIEW+webrtn=imgview+ml=LANSA:XHTML+partition=PRD+language=ENG">Espresso</a>.</strong></span></p><p><span style="font-family:verdana;"><strong>I love the simple design and the colors. I made mine into a birthday card since I don't drink coffee, plus I need a birthday card for my sons friend from Pre-School who is having a party next Saturday.</strong></span></p><p><span style="font-family:verdana;"><strong>I started with a piece of Ruby Red and ran that through the Swiss Dots folder, I then added a layer of River Rock (I still love this color) and used the thin Ric Rac strip for the edges in place of the decorative one on the original. The image is from Our Craft Lounge Anna Mae. It stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black and colored in with SU markers and blender pen. I layered this up with the Labels 2 nesties and placed it up on dimensionals. I stamped the sentiment in Ruby Red directly onto the River Rock!</strong></span></p><p><span style="font-family:verdana;"><strong>This was so simple!!
