Limites Supply 208 Designer Green and OCCC sketch

Good afternoon everyone!

I made this card for two challenges today. The first is for the Limited Supply Challenge on the SCS to use shades of green with bonus points for designer paper, only 2 embellishments and under 3 layers, The second is for the sketch on the OCCC. My base card is white with one layer of Certainly Celery dsp. The next layer is a square of Certainly Celery and WW. I ran this through the Swiss Dots EF. I added a piece of green stain ribbon. The flower, scallop circle and shamrock are up on dimensionals. The only stamping is the sentiment in the lower right corner.

Thanks for stopping by to take a peek!

Color Challenge 203 OCCC

Hi everyone!
Here is my card for today's Color Challenge and another one for the OCCC. The colors we were to use are: Garden Green, Baja Breeze and Pacific Blue. I only have Baja ink so I used Copics to color in my images. The cupcake liners are paper pieced with Urban Garden dsp. I colored in the cupcake tops with my Copics and added Dazzling Diamomds to them.
I stamped the little flowers and colored them in with Copics and layered them up with SU circle punches and the scallop circle punch. I pierced these and on the corners of the main image panel and the panel underneath.
I can't add to many embellies because I am having to scan my cards because my camera is broken.
Thanks for stopping by to look!

Color Challenge 201, OCCC

Good morning and happy Tuesday. here is my card for today's Color Challenge to use Kraft, Baja Breeze and Not Quite Navy. If you look at a post from a couple of days ago, I almost used the same colors. I actually pulled out these exact colors and thought, no, these don't right together so I grabbed Buckaroo Blue and Bashful Blue with Kraft. Well I couldn't have been more wrong, these colors are awesome together. So, here is my card using Not Quite Navy, Baja Breeze and Kraft. I actually just purchased Kraft!! LOVE IT!! Okay, on to the card.

I used Kraft for my base and I ran it through the Cuttlebug with Swiss dots. I used the Labels 2 nesties to cut out the focal image panel. The images are from Autumn Leaves, Pocket Silhouettes and Best Yet. I colored in the images with inks and a blender pen. I used Close to Cocoa for the center of the flower, then NQN and Baja for the rest. I put Crystal Effects on the center blue of the flower. I cut out the image and adhered with a dimensionals. The butterfly is from the same set. I also colored in with inks and a blender pen. It is also adhered with a dimensionals.

I added a large silver brad to the panel a button on the sentiment panel.

The Sentiment panel is stamped with an image from Pocket Silhouettes in Baja Breeze and the sentiment is stamped in NQN.

Thanks for stopping by!

Featured Stamper 101- JayDeKay, OCCC

Happy Sunday everyone!

Here is my card for today's Featured Stamper on SCS JayDeKay. She had an awesome gallery, you should check it out!! I also made this for the OCCC to use two shades of blue along with a neutral color. My two shades of blue are Bashful Blue and Buckaroo Blue along with Kraft being my neutral.

The FS challenge is one where you pick a card from the FS gallery and change two or more things on it. This is the card I chose: ssnotime34 Happy Critters. I liked the layout and that is kind of what I stuck with. The card size is 4 1/2 x 4 1/2. The bottom panel is square, but he other panel is more rectangle to fit the image I chose. I also changed the colors, theme, moved the sentiment, added the button, omitted the stitching and did some doodling. The back Kraft panel was ran through the Cuttlebug. The square panel had Basic Gray Boxer dp and the image was colored in with watercolored pencils and a blender pen.

I hope you like what I did here!!

Featured Stamper 99 and OCCC

Hi!
I made this for two challenges today, The first is for the FS over on SCS Stampfilled Dreams. She has a terrific gallery. This is the card I chose for today: Bootiful Dresses
I loved the simple layout and the girly theme. We are to change at least two things on the card for the challenge. Mine are: I used dp, made an acetate card, colors and layers. The dp is Urban Prairie from Basic Gray, the cs is Kiwi Kiss and Pink Pirouette. I stamped the image in BB and colored it in with my new Copic markers, I added crystal effects to the two hearts and sprinkled dazzling diamond on top of that. I just love these bow and that is one reason I picked this card. I made the bow from the PP ribbon and added a pearl accent. I then paper pierced the top to simulate the swiss dots on the original card. The second challenge is on Our Creative Corner in which we were to use something clear on our cards. I was so excited this morning when I checked this blog to find out that I was the winner of the Lovey Dovey Challenge!! I have not won anything on any of the blog challenges yet, so I was just thrilled! So thank you ladies for choosing my card as the winner!! I made this card with acetate, my first too! This card will be for my good friends' daughter whose birthday is coming up in January, She is the best princess that I know!!

OCCC Lovey Dovey

Hi!

Here is my card for the Our Creative Corner Challenge "Lovey Dovey". I found these $1 stamped at Michael's today and I thought that these would be perfect for the challenge. I also found this Bo Bunny dp at Achiever's the other day. Isn't it cute!!?? I started with Green galore base card and layered Real Red and this pink cs from Achiever's. I then layered the Bo Bunny dp. I then used a piece of black cs and used the Martha Stewart lace edge punch. I ran it through the Cuttle bug with the Swiss Dots folder. I colored in the image with mu SU markers, huffed and stamped on to white cs. I then just layered the image. I added heart and crystal adhesive gems to the image and paper pierced around the image also. I tied the real red ribbon around the center panel. I then colored in the sentiment with my SU markers, huffed and stamped on to white cs and adhered with dimensionals. I decorated the inside as well with the colored cs and the dp. Thanks for stopping by and taking a look!
